Feast of Sukkot ( Tabernacles )
Feast of Tabernacles (Booths) is found in Leviticus 23:33-44 when Moses shared this command of special observance for the Israelites and their children. Messianic Jewish people today still celebrate Sukkot by usually eating their meals under the booth, singing songs, and praying together. In the book of Zechariah we see that in the future period of time, redeemed Israel and many nations will go up to worship Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) in Jerusalem during for the Feast of Tabernacles.
At Kyiv Magen Israel, we had a blessed Sukkot celebration together on October 3rd. Sukkot continues for seven days. Please pray for us this week as we will begin visiting and delivering food packages for needy Jewish individuals and families residing in Kyiv. Pray for the Holy Spirit's empowerment through us to be Yeshua's witnesses for Him to those who desperately need salvation and hope for the future. May healing be evident when we pray for Jewish people's needs. Thank you for steadfast support and prayers during a crucial and unstable time in our present world.
