Three Messianic youth groups from the Odessa area gathered for a special meeting in September. Chris Mann shared an awesome message to which the youth later responded in a time of prayer. The following day in Odessa, we joined the local congregation in delivering food packages to several needy Jewish homes. One older Jewish man came to faith in Y'shua as his Messiah then.
The European team brought great enthusiasm into the lives to whom they ministered in the Cherkassy region. Visiting four townships, ministering with prayer, music, song, and food package distributions, Jacob's Hope also contributed toward those Jewish families in need of medicines in Uman, Ukraine. They expressed appreciation to us for cleaning the Korsun Jewish cemetery in time for Rosh Hashannah.
We also had great interaction with the Kiev Magen Israel congregation. One young boy responded in prayer for salvation at the close of a Shabbat service, as well as an elderly Jewish lady during one of the visitations. Our team is grateful for the strong friendships that are being forged with Messianic congregations in Ukraine and Russia
